Welcome. My name is Christa…
I have been a practicing Acupuncturist for 17 years. I took the Master Herbalist and Wholistic Therapist programs from the Wild Rose College of Natural Healing. Although Acupuncture is my main tool, I often incorporate Chinese Medicine and natural remedies from our North American region. I also have training in Acutonics, which are tuning forks; a great tool for kids and needle-sensitive patients.
The last 10 years I have focused mostly on fertility, pregnancy and postpartum. The fertility journey can be a heartbreaking one and I feel honoured to be alongside my patients as they go through all the ups and downs. To be able to share in their joy and excitement when they finally get to meet their little one(s) is amazing! As a mother myself, this journey is close to my heart.
I really enjoy treating the whole family!
My practice is definitely not limited to fertility and pregnancy.
I have always been interested in healing modalities. I continue to expand my repertoire and experience with meditation, energy work and counselling classes. I find this helps me hold space for people and really listen to them.
When I am not working I enjoy reading, hiking, cooking, gardening and hanging out with my two kids!
